We keep the least we can get away with. Your name and email so you can sign in, and the leagues you make. We never sell anything to anybody. We use Google Analytics and the Meta pixel, and only if you say yes.
Signing in is handled by Auth0. We never see or store your password. What comes back to us is your name, your email address, and an account ID. We store those so we know which leagues are yours.
Our host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs including IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running. We do not use those logs to build any picture of you.
Those two are needed for the site to work at all, and neither follows you anywhere else.
Google Analytics. The Google tag is on every page, but it starts switched off. Until you say yes it stores nothing and sets no cookies. Say yes and it starts measuring.
The Meta pixel. This one does not load at all unless you say yes. Say no and the script never runs.
Changed your mind either way, hit Cookie Settings at the bottom of any page.
Answers boring questions: how many people showed up, which shows they wanted, which pages nobody reads. It tells us what to build next. It sees the page you are on, roughly where in the world you are, and what kind of device you use. We turn on IP anonymization, so Google shortens your address before storing it.
This one is for advertising, so we will be straight about it. If we run ads on Facebook or Instagram, the pixel tells Meta that somebody who saw an ad ended up here. Meta can match that to your Facebook or Instagram account, and it can be used to show you ads later.
We do not run ads on this site, and we never will. This is only about whether our own ads elsewhere are working.
We never send your name, your email, or anything about your leagues to Google or Meta. Both only load if you allow it. Say no when asked, or change your mind any time with Cookie Settings at the bottom of any page.
You can also turn off ad personalization inside Facebook and Instagram in their own settings, which limits what Meta does with this regardless of us.
Those three are it. Each has its own privacy policy covering what it does on its end.
Anyone with a league code can watch that league's board, including the draft, the rosters, and the standings. That is the point of the invite link.
Your display name shows to people in leagues you are part of. Your email address does not, with one exception: the commissioner who typed it in to hold a team for you.
Marking a league public lists its name, description, picture, and commissioner name on the home page while it has open seats.
Delete a league and it is gone from our storage, along with everything in it.
Want your account and everything attached to it deleted, email the address at the bottom of this page and say so. We will do it and tell you when it is done. No hoops.
This site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them. If you believe a child has signed up, email us and we will remove the account.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the bottom changes and the new version goes up here.
